摘  要:当前世界新一轮产业变革和科技革命正加速进行,我国战略新兴产业迅猛发展,传统制造业也在加快转型升级步伐,人才竞争更趋激烈.我国高等工程教育正迈入智能化时代,地方高校新工科建设应重点围绕本地区战略新兴产业,创新工程教育观,培养具有卓越工程能力的新工科工程技术人才,重塑人才培养理念,确立人才培养新目标与新标准,构建符合新工科特质的科学合理的课程新体系与人才培养体系.研究以重庆文理学院为例探讨了地方高校机器人工程专业新工科人才的培养模式、实施路径及新工科专业建设需注意的几个相关问题,以期为新工科背景下我国地方高校新工科专业建设与人才培养提供借鉴与参考.At present,a new round of industrial transformation and scientific and technological revolution is accelerating in the world.China's strategic emerging industries are developing rapidly.Traditional manufacturing industries are also accelerating the pace of transformation and upgrading.Competition for talents is becoming more intense.The construction of new engineering must fully implement the general requirements of cultivate morality and nurturing people.The concept of engineering education is to cultivate modern engineering technicians with excellent engineering ability.With the construction of new subject specialty,the concept of talent cultivation is reshaped,new objectives and standards for talent cultivation are established,and a new scientific and rational curriculum system is constructed.Taking Chongqing University of Arts and Sciences as an example,the new subject workers of robotics Engineering Specialty in local universities has been discussed in this paper in order to provide reference for the construction of new subject specialty and personnel training in local colleges and universities under the background of emerging engineering education,we should pay attention to the training mode,implementation path and several related issues.
