摘　　要：本文介绍了由台北市政府都市发展局主办,帝门艺术教育基金会策划执行的"艺居—家的进行式"公共艺术计划。该计划邀请二十一组艺术家,梳理台北市松山、文山、万华和南港等行政区的都市纹理与地景变迁,思考环境伦理、公共伦理、人际伦理及生命伦理的内涵;从生命根源思考尊严、基本人权、世代延续的意义;由小区邻里延展互助、成长的可能,讨论公私领域所触及的公平、正义之价值观以及永续观点下的居住环境和资源分配等问题。This article is on the public art project of"Living Humanity,"supervised by the Department of Urban Development,Taipei City Government and organized by the Dimension Endowment of Art.It has been launched in five social housing complexes in Taipei.This project invited 21 groups of artists to explore the urban texture and landscape changes of Songshan,Wenshan,Wanhua and Nangang district,and to reflect on the connotation of"residential ethics"that includes"environmental ethics,""public ethics,""communicative ethics"and"life ethics."They explore the meanings of dignity,basic human rights,and generational continuity from the root of life.The possibility of mutual assistance and growth spanning the neighboring communities is stressed.And they also discuss the values of fairness and justice involved in the private/public domains and a sustainable outlook on residential environment and resource allocation.
