地方性师范院校创意写作专业人才培养模式探究——以信阳师范学院为例

摘　　要：作为一所地方性师范院校,信阳师范学院着力推行创意写作专业人才培养模式改革:优化创意写作专业课程体系,编写教材,运用创意写作工作坊的形式组织教学,充分挖掘“作家讲堂”和“驻校作家制度”的内在潜力,组织校外研学活动,等等。其做法彰显了地方性和师范性的基本特色,取得较好的成效,对其他院校具有借鉴意义。As a local normal unirersity,Xinyang Normal University has made great efforts to promote the reform of education,and teaching by optimizing the curriculum system of creative writing as well as compiling teaching materials for professional courses,they try to use the effective form of creative writing workshop to organize teaching,make full use of the resource advantages of writers’Lecture Hall andwriter-in-residence system,and organize creative writing students to participate in research activities,encourage them to the cre⁃ative culture industry base for professional practice,to highlight the basic characteristics of locality and pedagagy,initially achieved a se⁃ries of phased results.
