工学结合模式下高职学生软实力提升策略研究

摘　　要：随着社会发展的需要,高职学生的软实力提升越来越来重要。从高职人才培养目标、高职学生自身软实力、高职院校师资队伍在培养学生软实力等方面存在的问题出发进行分析,从政府、学校、家庭、师资队伍建设、第三方评价机制等层面提出了工学结合模式下提升高职学生软实力的策略。With the need of social development,it is more and more important to improve the soft reality of higher vocational students.This paper analyzes the problems of soft power in the training objectives of higher vocational talents,the soft power of higher vocational students themselves,and the soft power of teachers in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward the strategies to improve the soft power of Higher Vocational Students under the mode of combination of work and study from the aspects of government,school,family,the construction of teachers and the third-party evaluation mechanism.
