摘  要:随着互联网技术的不断发展和创新,在线教学作为一种新型的教学模式,在全球掀起了热潮。尽管在线教学给传统教育模式带来了一定的冲击,但却为高等教育教学模式提供了更多的选择和机遇,混合式教学模式便是其一。混合式教学将面对面学习与在线学习的优势进行整合,是在对教育环境和教学实践进行反思的基础上,对传统教学方法进行重新设计的一种教学系统设计。在法学专业教学中采用该模式,除了充分借助科学技术手段,还需要教师根据课程内容安排线上教学与线下教学的混合程度,并巧妙地将线上教学与线下教学进行融合,提升教师与学生的参与度,促进学生积极学习,提高学习效果,以实现有价值的教育目标。With the continuous development and innovation of Internet technology,online teaching,as a new teaching mode,has set off an upsurge in the world.Although online teaching has brought a certain impact on the traditional education mode,it has provided more choices and opportunities for higher education teaching mode,one of which is blended teaching mode.Blended teaching integrates the advantages of face-to-face learning and online learning,and is a kind of teaching system design that redesigns the traditional teaching methods on the basis of reflecting on the education environment and teaching practice.In the teaching of law major,in addition to the full use of scientific and technological means,teachers also need to arrange the mixing degree of online teaching and offline teaching according to the course content,and skillfully integrate online teaching and offline teaching,improve the participation degree of teachers and students,promote students'active learning,improve learning effect,so as to achieve valuable educational goals.
