摘  要:加强教师队伍建设是广播电视大学向开放大学转型的重要抓手,开放大学基层教师在转型过程中面临诸多问题。本研究以国家开放大学某分部16名教师为访谈对象,聚焦基层教师工作现状,采用内容分析和质性研究方法,以Rost Content Mining 6和Nvivo 11.0为分析工具。研究发现:开放大学基层教师的构成特点为专兼职相结合,职责繁杂多样,角色认同程度不一,专业发展亟待与时俱进;需要进一步挖掘系统内部资源和社会资源以充实教师队伍,加快建设教师工作规范和绩效指标,加强教师职业生涯规划和引导,加强系统内教师发展的整体规划和组织。The construction of teachers’team is of great importance to the strategic transformation from RTVU to Open University,and is an indispensable part of enhancing the function of OUC schooling system.Teachers from basic level RTVUs or more specifically from the OUC branch institutions actually are the main body of OUC’s faculty,however they face some challenges in the process of OUC’s transformation.In our current research,16 teachers from a certain branch institution of OUC and its subsidiaries are invited as interviewees.And their working condition and current situation are focused upon.In the research,both content mining and qualitative research methodologies are employed by using Rost Content Mining 6 and Nvivo 11.0 respectively.And the related problems are combed and analyzed,esp.their confusion and challenge,that is,teachers in OUC’s basic level are both full-time teachers and part-time teachers;their responsibilities and duties are varied and diversified;the sense of faculty identity differs drastically;teachers’development need pacing up with new conditions and circumstances.And some rational solutions and proper suggestions are proposed accordingly.It is hoped that the current research would provide useful references for OUC’s transformation,esp.for the teachers’development.
