摘　　要：回顾既往文献,从医院绩效考核的基本概念和医院绩效考核的基础与核心作用的角度,分析医院绩效考核与统计工作的关系;从确定绩效考核统计的范围及指标,构建医院绩效考核指标体系;探讨了数据采集、绩效评价方法等医院统计相关基础工作;从医院统计平台、统计手段、统计方法等方面的变化分析医院统计信息化的形势,并对医院统计工作的发展作出展望。This paper reviews the previous literature,discusses and summarizes the relationship between hospital performance appraisal and statistical work from the perspective of the basic conception,foundation and the core role of hospital performance appraisal.By determining the scope and indicators of performance evaluation statistics,it constructs a hospital performance evaluation index system.The basic work of hospital statistics related to data collection and performance evaluation methods are discussed.It analyzes the situation of hospital statistical informatization from the changes in hospital statistical platform,statistical means,methods,etc.and makes a prospect for the development of hospital statistical work.
