摘　　要：2019年8月,美国神经病学会(ANN)和美国头痛学会(AHS)共同发布了预防儿童偏头痛的药物治疗指南和儿童青少年偏头痛的紧急治疗指南,作为2004年发表的儿童和青少年偏头痛治疗指南的更新。本文对这两部指南的内容要点进行归纳总结并简要解读。In August 2019,the American Academy of Neurology(ANN)and the American Headache Society(AHS)jointly issued guidelines for drug treatment for pediatric migraine prevention and acute treatment for migraine in children and adolescents,which are an update to the 2004 guidelines for the treatment of migraine in children and ado-lescents.This paper summarizes and briefly interprets the contents of these two guidelines.
