摘  要:为有效解决航空无人机动力系统噪声过大问题,设计了低噪声无人机系统与动力系统降噪装置。由于噪声是基于震动生成的,因此低噪声无人机系统利用震动采集装置采集电机震动频率,以逆压电效应,控制器以震动频率控制装置生成与其相反的反向震动,以此与电机震动相互抵消,实现噪声控制。而降噪装置与无人机主体侧端四个角度均衡等距衔接的连接杆顶端相互对接,风扇固定安装于其上端,固定板固定于其内部,弹簧安设于固定板上端,减震板配置于弹簧上层,橡胶皮垫安置于减震板上端。基于风扇装置可实现降噪整体性能优化,基于降噪装置可实现减振综合性能提升,以此使得航空无人机动力系统实现有效降噪。In order to solve the problem of excessive noise in UAV power system,a low noise UAV system and a power system noise reduction device are designed.Because the noise is generated based on vibration,the low noise UAV system uses the vibration acquisition device to collect the vibration frequency of the motor,in order to reverse the piezoelectric effect,and the controller uses the vibration frequency control device to generate the opposite re⁃verse vibration,so as to cancel each other with the vibration of the motor and realize the noise control.The noise re⁃duction device is connected with the top of the connecting rod with four equal angles and equal distance between the main side of the UAV,the fan is fixed at the upper end of the UAV,the fixed plate is fixed on the inside,the spring is arranged on the upper end of the fixed plate,the shock absorber is arranged on the upper layer of the spring,and the rubber leather pad is arranged on the upper end of the shock absorber.The overall performance of noise reduction can be optimized based on fan device,and the comprehensive performance of vibration reduction can be improved based on noise reduction device,so that the power system of UAV can reduce noise effectively.
