摘　　要：广东省广州市开发区第二小学结合"微笑教育"办学思想,把握民主管理、人文管理的特质,提炼出"悦心管理"理念,并从悦心课程的建设、悦心课堂的打造、悦心环境的创建、悦心德育的实施、悦心队伍的培养等方面探索高效"悦心管理"的工作策略,解决当前学校发展过程中的困惑,使学校管理工作焕发生机。The second primary school of Guangzhou Development Zone, Guangdong Province, combines the school running thought of "smile education", grasps the characteristics of democratic management and humanistic management,abstracts the concept of "pleasant management", and explores the working strategy of efficient "pleasant management" from the aspects of the construction of pleasant curriculum, the creation of pleasant classroom, the creation of pleasant environment,the implementation of pleasant moral education, and the cultivation of pleasant team, To solve the perplexity in the process of school development and make school management work full of vitality.
