高等职业院校技能型人才实践教学培养模式研究——以法律文秘专业为例

摘　　要：高等职业教育发展到今天已经成为高等教育系列中具有独立价值的一个重要类型,其具有自身独特的培养目标和社会受众。由于高职院校自身、学生及其家长以及社会存在的认识偏差,导致高等职业教育虽然已经发展了近三十年却仍然存在办学定位不准、人才培养方向不清晰、教学培养模式单一落后的情况。以所在院校法律文秘专业为例,并针对高职院校双师型教师的培养与引入机制,探讨技能型人才实践教学的培养模式,以期在全社会达成高职院校实践教学新模式的共识。The higher vocational education has developed to an important type with independent values in the series of higher vocational education till now and has its particular cultivation target and social receivers.Due to the biased recognition of higher vocational colleges and universities itself,students and their parents as well as society,it resulted in the incorrect school-running orientation,ambiguous target of talent cultivation and laggard single mode in the teaching and talent cultivation in spite of almost thirty years of development of higher vocational education colleges and universities.Ittaken the law and secretary major of the university as example,explored the mode of skilled talent cultivation in practical teaching according to the cultivation and introducing mechanism of double-professionally-titled teacherson the purpose of reaching the consensus in the whole society of new practical teaching mode in higher vocational education colleges and universities.
