摘  要:教学质量是人才培养质量的保障与核心要素。构建符合专业发展实际,体现现代学徒制特点的教学质量评价体系,对人才培养进行方向性的引导具有十分重要的实践意义。文章借鉴新柯式四级评估理论,结合"三能三证三岗"现代学徒制人才培养模式,构建现代学徒制教学质量评价体系,使现代学徒制双主体培养的教学目标更明确,教学实施质量及效果阶段性可视、可评、可纠,保证院校人才培养目标及企业绩效的最终实现。Teaching quality is the guarantee and core element of talent cultivation quality.It is of great practical significance to construct a teaching quality evaluation system which is in line with the reality of professional development and reflects the characteristics of modern apprenticeship for guiding the cultivation of talents in certain directions.This paper draws on lessons from the new Kirkpatrick model theory,combines with the modern apprenticeship cultivation mode of“three abilities,three certificates and three posts”,and constructs a modern apprenticeship teaching quality evaluation system,bringing clearer teaching goal of dual-subject training of modern apprenticeship system.The quality and effect of teaching implementation can be visualized,evaluated and corrected in stages,which ensures the ultimate realization of talent cultivation objectives and enterprise performance.
