摘 要:北京师范大学化学学院对化学专业公费师范生的培养目标是面向全国各级各类中学培养卓越化学教师,并将“社会实践与志愿服务”作为公费师范生的实践课程之一。学生开展暑期支教项目,是参加社会实践与志愿服务的一种常见形式。本文以北京师范大学化学学院“化育英才”暑期支教队为例,证明通过重视暑期支教指导教师的指导作用,保障学生实践时间和质量,将学生自身成长与服务社会相统一,将实践内容与开设的其他课程相互补,在实践中体现知识的应用与学习相统一,不仅能使暑期支教项目成为化学专业公费师范生的实践类金课,而且能为化学专业公费师范生未来教师职业发展打下一定的基础。College of Chemistry at Beijing Normal University cultivates pedagogical students in chemistry.According to the college’s objective,pedagogical students are supposed to serve all ranges of primary and secondary schools in national wide and excel in profession.Summer supporting education is a common option for students to complete the course of social practice and voluntary service.In this paper,with the“HuaYuYingCai”summer supporting education team in Beijing Normal University as an example,many positive effects of summer supporting education were identified.By valuing instructors’guidance,ensuring the practicing time,combining students’self-development with community service,complementing practice with other courses,and integrating knowledge application and learning in practice,summer supporting education could not only serve as a golden experience for chemical pedagogical students,but also lay a certain foundation for their future professional development.
