摘　　要：以智能互联的汽车部件研发中心为案例,分析项目背景、团队组织结构、竞争对手的研发架构,阐述存在的问题与对策。规划公司总部的中心研究院、各区域应用工程研发中心的建设。Based on the case of the intelligent Internet auto parts R&D center,this paper analyzes the project background,team organization structure,the R&D structure of competitors,and expounds the existing problems and countermeasures.It plans the construction of the Central Research Institute and regional application engineering R&D center of the company headquarters.
