基于PLC的热风回流焊机温度控制系统设计

摘　　要：为实现对热风回流焊机焊接温度的精确控制,确保电路板的焊接质量和元器件完好率,采用继电型PID参数自整定得到PID参数和温度控制模块内部提供的PID控制算法进行PID控制,设计了以三菱FX5U-32MR型PLC和FX5-4LC型温度控制模块为核心的温度控制系统,给出了具体硬件电路图和部分控制程序.在仿真和试验中均达到了良好的控制效果,对类似工业温度控制系统的设计有借鉴意义.In order to control the soldering temperature of reflow soldering machine accurately,ensure the soldering quality of Circuit Board and the integrity of components.PID parameters are obtained by relay PID parameter self-tuning,and PID control algorithm provided by temperature control module is used for PID control.The temperature control system based on Mitsubishi FX3U-32PLC and FX5-4LC temperature control module is designed,the Hardware Circuit Diagram and part of control program are given,and good control effect is achieved in simulation and experiment.It can be used for reference in the design of similar industrial temperature control system.
