摘　　要：基于统计数据,分析中国集成电路封装和测试制造业的行业规模、地区分布、企业发展状况。详细阐述中国主要封装测试企业在集成电路高端先进封装领域取得技术创新的业绩。Based on the statistical data,this paper analyzes the industrial scale,regional distribution and enterprise development of China’s IC packaging and test manufacturing industry.It describes in detail the achievements of the main packaging and testing enterprises in China in technological innovation in the field of advanced integrated circuit packaging.
