摘　　要：智慧教室运维管理是一项重要而繁重的服务保障工作,对教学活动具有重要作用和意义。目前,智慧教室运维管理中存在很多问题,要实现智慧教室的高效管理,就要加强运维管理人员的专业化建设,不断推进大数据的自动化分析,实现运维管理平台的智慧化管理,这是未来智慧教室运维管理的发展趋势。The operation and maintenance management of smart classrooms in colleges and universities is an important and arduous service guarantee work,which plays an important role for teaching work.At present,the main problems in the operation and maintenance of smart classrooms,to realize the efficient management of smart classrooms and provide accurate,it is necessary to strengthen the professional construction of transportation management personnel,continuously promote the automated analysis of big data,and realize the operation and maintenance management.The intelligent management of the platform is the development trend of the future intelligent classroom operation and maintenance management.
