摘  要:耳鼻喉科为医患文化冲突的高发科室,结合耳鼻喉科医患文化冲突发生问题及实际,从医生、患者、民众及社会舆论四个方面分析了医患文化冲突的主要影响因素。分析得出医生自身因素、医务人员对患者个体的认识、大众对疾病的认知及社会舆论导向是影响医患文化冲突的主要因素。基于此,以商谈伦理学为基础,加强医患间的认知交往、情感沟通、医务人员应急能力、疾病知识科普,以改善医患文化冲突,构建和谐医患关系。Otorhinolaryngology is the high incidence department of doctor-patient culture conflict.Based on problems and reality of cultural conflict between doctors and patients in otorhinolaryngology,this paper analyzed main influencing factors from four aspects:doctors,patients,people and public opinion.It is concluded that main influencing factors include doctors’own factors,medical staff’s understanding of individual patients,public’s understanding of disease and the orientation of public opinion.Therefore,we should strengthen the communication of cognitive and emotional,emergency response ability of medical personnel,and popularization of disease knowledge to improve the doctor-patient cultural conflict and build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship based on discussing ethics communication between doctors and patients.
