摘 要:论文在探讨薪酬和人事管理体系架构现状的基础上,指出当前薪酬和人事管理体系存在架构单一、体系滞后、体系松散的现实问题。据此,完善薪酬和人事管理体系架构必须紧密结合企业整体发展需要以及员工发展需要,从而才能在根本上挖掘薪酬和人事管理体系对于员工的激励价值和激励作用。Based on the discussion of the current situation of the framework of salary and personnel management system,the paper points out that the current salary and personnel management system has the practical problems of single framework,lagging system and loose system.Accordingly,improving the framework of salary and personnel management system,we must closely integrate the needs of the overall development of enterprises and the development of employees,so as to fundamentally tap the incentive value and incentive role of salary and personnel management system for employees.
