摘　　要：在日常生活中,食盐非常重要。因此,国家一直非常注重对盐业市场的监管。论文主要对在《盐业体制改革方案》发布后盐业市场监管检查中如何认定食盐批发行为进行探讨。In daily life,salt is very important.Therefore,China has been paying great attention to the market supervision and management of the salt industry.This paper mainly discusses how to identify the salt wholesale behavior in market supervision,management and inspection of the salt industry after the"Salt Industry System Reform Plan"was issued.
