摘 要:水产品是人们日常生活中的重要食品之一,但水产品中往往会存在残留的兽药成分,对人体健康产生影响。液相色谱-质谱检测技术(LC-MS)是一种新型检测技术,适用于水产品中残留的兽药成分的检测。本文对LC-MS在水产品中残留兽药检测中的应用进行了研究,阐述了LC-MS的过程和特点,并对水产品中常见的兽药残留组分如磺胺类、喹诺酮等的检测方式进行了研究。Aquatic products are one of the important foods in the daily life of people.However,in the aquatic products,residual veterinary drug ingredients are often mixed,which has great harm to human health.Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry(LC-MS)is a new type of detection technology,which is very suitable for detecting veterinary drug components in aquatic products.The application of LC-MS to detect residual veterinary drugs in aquatic products is studied in this paper.The process and characteristics of LC-MS are described and the detection methods of common veterinary drug residues in aquatic products such as furan and quinolone are studied.
