摘 要:我国中西部地区分布大量高山峡谷地貌,近年来随着水利工程的兴建,在许多泥石流沟道内产生了大量的弃渣,在强降雨条件下具有暴发弃渣泥石流的可能性,对下游居民生命和财产造成严重的威胁,如何科学、高效防治高山峡谷区弃渣泥石流成为面临的关键科学问题与工程技术瓶颈。为更好地解决该类地区弃渣泥石流的治理问题,以古瓦水电站牛棚沟弃渣场为例,通过分析该弃渣场特点,先采用传统“稳拦排”弃渣堆积方式治理部分弃渣,再紧密结合科学性和经济性原则,运用分级堆积方式治理其余弃渣。采用这种新型的弹性稳拦排综合调控模式,能对该类地区弃渣泥石流进行逐级消能,并有效治理了牛棚沟弃渣场近25万m3弃渣,可为高山峡谷区水电工程弃渣的治理提供有力参考。Numerious high mountains and valleys are distributed in the central and western regions of China.With the construction of hydropower projects in recent years,a large amount of waste slag is generated in many debris flow channels.It is possible to trigger debris flow in heavy rainfall,which poses a serious threat to the downstream residents and property.Therefore,a scientific and effective governance model is urgently needed.In order to solve the treatment of debris flow,this paper takes Niupeng gully waste slag site of Guwa hydropower station as an example,analyzes the characteristics of thesite,the traditional firm-block-and-discharge slag dump stacking method is firstly adopted to control part of the waste slag,and the rest of the waste slag is treated by cascade stacking method in close combination with the scientific and economic principles.In the paper,the new elastic integrated control model,firm-block-and-discharge model,is used,and nearly 250000 m3 of abandoned waste slag in Niupenggully is effectively treated,which provides a powerful reference for the treatment of waste slag in hydropower projects of alpine gorge region.
