摘 要:20世纪90年代以来,全球化进程持续深化,社会发展日新月异。为回应爱尔兰在全球化进程中经历的政治、经济、文化、社会等方面的变化,爱尔兰公民教育进行了全面而深入的改革,建立了纵向一体化的公民教育实施体系。在教学目标与内容上,实现了由被动的、注重知识传授的公民教育向主动的、贴近公民生活实践的、注重培养学生多维认同的公民教育的转变;在教学方法与组织形式上,改革后的公民教育注重开展广义的、多种形式的主动教学,注重主动学习氛围的营造,开展各种形式的主动教学,并鼓励学生主动参与公民实践活动。Since 1990s,globalization has been accelerated and brought about rapid social development.Since then,comprehensive reform of Irish citizenship education has been initiated,in order to respond to political,economic,cultural and social changes which Ireland has experienced in the globalization.A citizenship education system from primary school to high school has been gradually constructed.In terms of its objectives and contents,citizenship education in Ireland has evolved from passive citizenship education which focuses on civic knowledge to active citizenship education which is related to daily life and focuses on cultivating students*multilayered citizenship identity.In terms of its teaching methods,current citizenship education focusing on carrying out active teaching in a broad sense and various forms,creates an active learning atmosphere,advocates active teaching methods,and encourages students to participate in practical civic activities.
