摘 要:目的:探讨PBL教学法在患者果纳芬笔自行注射中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年1~6月在吉林大学第二医院生殖医学中心首次进入试管婴儿技术助孕周期患者60例为观察组,选取2017年7~12月首次进入试管婴儿技术助孕周期患者60例为对照组,两组患者均在护士教学演示后回家自行注射果纳芬笔。观察组使用PBL教学法对患者进行果纳芬笔的演示教学指导,对照组使用常规方法进行演示教学指导。比较两组患者对演示教学的满意度评价、对自行注射过程的评价及自行注射操作考核的得分情况。结果:观察组患者对演示教学的满意度评价高于对照组(χ^2=5.04,P<0.05),对自行注射药物过程的满意度评价高于对照组(χ2=11.86,P<0.05),自行注射药物考核得分高于对照组(t=9.83,P<0.01),差异均具有统计学意义。结论:PBL教学法能提高患者果纳芬笔自行注射的学习效果,提高果纳芬笔自行注射的操作技能。Objective To explore the application effect of PBL teaching method in patients with Goning-F pen self-injection.Methods A total of 60 patients who first entered the IVF assisted pregnancy cycle from January to June 2018 were selected as the observation group,and 60 patients who first entered the IVF assisted pregnancy cycle from July to December 2017 were selected as the control group.After the teaching demonstration,patients in both groups went home and injected themselves with the Goning-F pen.The observation group used the PBL method to instruct the patients with the demonstration of the Goning-F pen,while the control group used conventional method to give demonstration instruction.The satisfaction evaluation of demonstration teaching,the evaluation of self injection process and the scores of self injection operation were compared between the two groups.Results The satisfaction evaluation of the observation group to the demonstration teaching was higher than that of the control group(χ^2=5.04,P<0.05).The satisfaction evaluation of the self-injection process was higher than that of the control group(χ^2=11.86,P<0.05).The score of self-injection drug test was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.83,P<0.01).Conclusions PBL method can improve the learning effect of self-injection of Goning-F pen and operation skills of self-injection of Goning-F pen.
