摘　　要：在对高职院校学生管理工作的现状及存在的问题进行分析的基础上,引入程序化管理的概念,强调程序化管理在高职院校学生管理工作中的意义和作用,并通过实例阐述程序化管理在学生管理工作中的运用,构建“1+X+1”管理集合,编制学生管理工作的程序化标准及流程,提升学生管理工作质量和学生满意度,更好地实现育人目标。Based on the analysis of the situation and existing problems of student management in higher vocational colleges,this paper introduces the concept of programmed management and emphasizes its significance and role in student management in higher vocational colleges.By illustrating the application of programmed management in student management through examples,it constructs the"1+X+1"management set,and formulates the programmed standards and procedures for student management,so as to improve the quality of student management and student satisfaction,and better realize the goal of educating students.
