摘  要:高职院校各种舆情危机严重损害学校形象,降低社会公众对学校的认可度和支持度,甚至威胁到学校的生存发展。学校领导者应该强化战略思维、底线思维、互联网思维,深刻认识风险社会危机的易发性、多发性,增强危机公关的意识和能力,改进危机公关策略,营造良好的公共关系,为学校可持续发展保驾护航。Various public opinion crises in higher vocational colleges seriously damage the image of the school,weaken the recognition and support of the public to the school,and even pose a threat to the survival and development of the school.School leaders should strengthen strategic thinking,bottom line thinking,and Internet thinking,deeply understand the susceptibility and frequent occurrence of social crisis,enhance the awareness and ability of crisis public relations,improve strategies of crisis public relations,create good public relations,and escort the sustainable development of the school.
