高校大型仪器设备开放共享运行机制的探究

摘　　要：大型科研仪器设备是高校重要的科技资源,是支撑全社会科学研究和技术创新的基础条件。高校大型科研仪器设备开放共享是时代发展的必然要求,对发挥科研仪器使用效能和支持社会创新能力具有积极作用。基于当前思想认识不足、运行机制不畅、资源保障不够等制约科研仪器设备开放共享的问题,提出高校大型仪器设备拥有主体可以通过强化观念引导机制、创新管理运行机制、健全人才培养机制、构建多元投入机制等运行机制的完善,切实实现资源共享。通过实践取得了良好的效果,是对高校大型仪器设备开放共享的有益探索。Large-scale scientific research instruments and equipment are important scientific and technological resources in universities,and are the basic condition to support scientific research and technological innovation in society.The open sharing of large-scale scientific research instruments and equipment in universities is the inevitable requirement of the development of the times,and plays a positive role in giving full play to the use efficiency of scientific research instruments and supporting.The ability of social innovation.Based on the problems that restrict the open sharing of scientific research instruments and equipment,such as the lack of ideological understanding,the poor operational mechanism,and the sufficient guarantee of resources,this paper puts forward that the main body of large-scale instruments and equipment in universities can effectively realize the sharing of resources by strengthening the concept guidance mechanism,innovating the operational mechanism of management,perfecting the talent training mechanism,constructing the multi-input mechanism and so on.Through the practice of Nanjing Forestry University,good results have been achieved.This is a beneficial exploration for the opening and sharing of large-scale instruments and equipment in colleges and universities.
