摘  要:结合上海松浦大桥改扩建工程特点,针对其新建上层公路桥面系,开发了一种无需高温蒸汽养护、施工简单方便的低收缩高强韧性混凝土SSDC,并提出一种正交异性钢-SSDC组合桥面。该组合桥面由80 mm厚的SSDC层和正交异性钢桥面板组成,两者通过∅13 mm×50 mm圆柱头焊钉连接。对开发的3种不同性能指标的SSDC进行材料性能试验,并对正交异性钢-SSDC组合桥面进行静、动力试验及湿接缝接头试验。结果表明:3种SSDC的抗压强度、抗弯拉强度等关键力学性能比普通C50混凝土有较大提高,满足设计参数需求;SSDC混凝土收缩徐变与普通C50混凝土相当;正交异性钢-SSDC组合桥面具有良好的力学性能和抗疲劳性能;湿接缝接头为桥面板薄弱环节,采用高压水枪处理凿毛施工工艺可显著提高湿接缝接头开裂荷载。Based on the characteristics of the expansion project of Songpu Bridge in Shanghai,a kind of low-shrinkage,high-strength and ductile concrete(SSDC)that does not require high-temperature steam curing and can be easily placed is developed to suit the newly-built upper highway deck.And an orthotropic steel-SSDC composite deck is proposed,which consists of the 80 mm-thick SSDC layer and orthotropic steel deck plates,connected by the∅13 mm×50 mm cheese-head studs.The property of the three types of SSDC materials developed was tested.Static and dynamic tests as well as wet joint tests were conducted for the orthotropic steel-SSDC composite deck.The results show that compared with the common C50 concrete,the three types of SSDC are superior in terms of key mechanical properties,mainly the compressive and flexural strength,meeting the requirements of design parameters.The shrinkage and creep of SSDC is of no diffe-rence to that of the common C50 concrete.The orthotropic steel-SSDC composite deck exhibits good load bearing capacity and fatigue performance.Wet joints are weaknesses of bridge deck,using high-pressure water cannons to roughen surfaces can efficiently improve the cracking condition of the wet joints.
