新生代农民工市民化的终身职业教育体系运行机制

摘　　要：新型城镇化战略的深入推进过程,是新生代农民工的人力资本长期投入过程和个人全面发展的生命历程,需要连续持久的提升其市民化能力,必须构建以新生代农民工职业生涯为导向的终身职业教育体系.因此,本文借鉴人力资本理论、终身教育理论等,对新生代农民工的终身职业教育体系构成要素进行分析,继而提出探索实施多主体融入协同推进、供给主体和需求对象双向激励等机制.The deepening process of the new urbanization strategy is the long-term investment process of the human capital and the life course of the all-round development of the new generation of migrant workers.It needs to continuously and permanently improve their citizenization ability,and it is necessary to build a life-long vocational education system guided by the career of the new generation of migrant workers.Therefore,based on the theory of human capital and life-long education,this paper analyzes the elements of the life-long vocational education system of the new generation of migrant workers,and then puts forward to explore the implementation of multi-agent integration,collaborative promotion,supply and demand two-way incentive mechanism.
