人本主义教学观视角下的大学英语教育中教师角色的分析

摘　　要：建立在人本主义心理学基础上的人本主义教学观对世界范围内的教育改革产生了深刻的影响.在人本主义教学观的影响下,大学英语教育也发生了重大的变化.在倡导以学生为中心的教学理念之下,教师在教学中的角色由施教者变为引导者.本文回顾了马斯洛和罗杰斯的主要观点,讨论了大学英语教学的现状和问题,分析了大学英语教师的角色的转变并提出具体做法.Based on the Humanistic Psychology,humanistic education has a profound effect on education reforming in the world.Under the influence of humanistic education,there are also great changes in college English education.In student-oriented teaching idea,teachers have changed from educators into guiders.By reviewing the main opinions of Maslow and Rogers and discussing the current situation and problems in college English teaching,the paper mainly aims at analyzing the teachers'role in humanistic views and providing the specific practices.
