高校思想政治理论课教师准入、培养与退出机制研究——以江西服装学院为例

摘　　要：高校思想政治理论课教师作为传播马克思主义理论,培育大学生理想信念和道德情操的"人生导师",是高校牢牢把握意识形态主动权,坚持立德树人,强化思想引领的专业队伍与骨干力量.本文首先对思政课教师队伍建设的现状、原因进行了深入调查和理论分析;接着,在思想政治理论课教师角色定位、准入、培养与退出机制方面展开研究;并对加强我校思政课教师队伍建设的路径和思路进行了实证分析,为我校思政课教师队伍建设提供决策参考和建设性意见.As the"life tutor"for spreading Marxist theory and cultivating college students'ideal,belief and moral sentiment,the ideological and Political Theory teachers in colleges and universities are the professional team and backbone for colleges and universities to firmly grasp the ideological initiative,adhere to morality and strengthen ideological guidance.Firstly,this paper makes an in-depth investigation and theoretical analysis of the current situation and reasons of the construction of the ideological and political teachers'team;secondly,it studies the role orientation,access,training and exit mechanism of the ideological and political teachers'team;and it makes an empirical analysis of the ways and ideas to strengthen the construction of the ideological and political teachers'team in our school,so as to provide decision-making reference and guidance for the construction of the ideological and political teachers'team in our school constructive comments.
