从隐性翻译角度看国际技术转让合同的英译

摘　　要：随着经济贸易的进一步深化发展,中国正在逐步步入全球知识产权引领者的队伍。在与世界分享经济发展成就的过程中,在深入的国际技术转让的交际中,合同扮演着避免纠纷、降低成本的重要角色。从国际技术转让合同的内涵入手,介绍了其定义、内容、类别并分析了国际技术转让合同的语言特点,提出隐性翻译可以较好地解决该类合同英译的不对等问题,然后分别从翻译步骤、情态动词、连接词、“数”的表述和不可抗力条款等方面分析国际技术转让合同的英译策略,以期为训练国际技术转让合同翻译技巧提供参考。With the further development of economy and trade,China is gradually stepping into the ranks of global intellectual property leaders.Not only in the process of sharing the achievements of economic development with the world but also in the deeper communication of international technology transfer,the contract plays an important role in avoiding disputes and reducing costs.Starting from the concept of international technology transfer contract,this paper first introduces the definition,content,category and analyses the contractual language features.It puts forward that convert translation can better solve the problem of the in-equivalent translation of the Chinese contract by presenting the translation steps and elaboration in translation cases of modal verbs,connectives,number expression and force majeure clause.We hope to provide valuable suggestions for the translation strategy of international technology transfer contract.
