摘  要:针对电子鼻技术及其在茶叶香气判别的应用进行了详细分析和研究。综述了电子鼻的结构组成及应用于茶叶香气组分检测的工作原理,总结了国内外在电子鼻判别茶叶香气研究中存在的问题,并展望了该技术的发展方向。Nowadays,the electronic nose technology had been widely used in the agriculture field including the identification of aroma components in tea.This paper reviewed the structural composition of electronic nose and its working principals to detect tea aroma components.Relative problems in the application of electronic nose in tea were also discussed.This research would promote the development of the intelligence identification technology and the product quality control associating with tea aroma.
