摘  要:目的评价标准化病人(standardized patient,SP)联合PBL(problem based learning)教学用于麻醉前访视教学改革的效果。方法将32名住院医师随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组采用SP联合PBL教学方法,对照组采用常规教学方法。教学结束后,进行考核并填写调查问卷。结果实验组考核成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.05);问卷调查中患者满意度、激发学习兴趣、提高自主学习和医患沟通能力、培养临床思维能力方面实验组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在麻醉前访视教学中将SP与PBL教学有机结合不仅能提高住院医师自主学习能力、强化临床思维能力,还能增强住院医师医患沟通能力。Objective To evaluate the teaching effectiveness of applying SP(standardized patients)combined with PBL(problem-based learning)teaching method in preoperative evaluation of residents.Methods Thirtytwo residents were divided into two groups randomly:experimental group and control group.During the training course,residents in experimental group received SP combined with PBL teaching method,the residents in control group followed conventional teaching model,After the training course completed,all the residents received the same test and filled in the questionnaires.Results The residents’scores in experimental group are higher than those of control group significantly(P<0.05).The results of questionnaire survey showed that the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group in terms of patient satisfaction,learning interest,independent study,clinical thought.Conclusions The organic combination of PBL and SP in the training process could improve the residents’abilities of self-learning ability,clinical thought,and doctor-patient communication.
