摘  要:目的探讨PBL+多学科团队协作诊疗(multidisciplinary treatment,MDT)观摩模式在内科学呼吸系统疾病临床实践教学(见习)中的应用效果。方法选取本院2019年上半年进入内科学临床见习的医学生作为研究对象。按1:1比例随机抽样共78名学生。对照组(39名)接受本院开展的PBL引导呼吸系统疾病临床实践教学,实验组(39名)接受PBL+多学科团队协作诊疗(MDT)观摩模式下的呼吸系统疾病临床实践教学。对两组学生的期末理论考试和临床实操考试分数以及教学满意度评价进行统计分析。结果实验组学生的理论考试和临床实操考试总分优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);实验组学生对教学满意度评价总分优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在内科学呼吸系统疾病临床实践教学中,PBL+多学科团队协作诊疗观摩模式优于单独PBL引导模式。Objective To explore and discuss the application of PBL+MDT observation teaching in respiratory clinical practice.Methods In the first half of 2019,medical students who entered the clinical internship of internal medicine were selected as the research objects.A total of 78 students were randomly selected according to the proportion of 1:1.The control group(39 subjects)received PBL guided clinical practice teaching of respiratory diseases,and the experimental group(39 subjects)received PBL+MDT observation mode clinical practice teaching of respiratory diseases.The scores of the final theory test,clinical practice test and the evaluation of teaching satisfaction of the two groups of students were statisticallyanalyzed. Results The final exam score and the satisfaction of teachingwere better in PBL + MDT group than single PBL group. Conclusion Inrespiratory clinical practice, the PBL+MDT observation teaching is betterthan single PBL teaching.
