摘  要:目的分析在心内科临床教学中WPBL教学模式的应用价值。方法随机选取50名2018年在本院心内科的规培学员进行临床教学,采用随机数字表法将其随机分为研究组和对比组,研究组的规培学员采取WPBL教学模式,对比组规培学员采取常规教学模式,对比两组规培学员的学习成果。结果研究组的规培学员在学习兴趣的培养、专业知识的提升、问题解决的能力以及医学科研方面的成绩均高于对比组的规培学员,且两组数据差异存在统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论通过分析,WPBL教学模式能够更好的帮助心内科规培学员掌握临床知识,从而更好地投身于心内科患者的具体诊治,可见,WPBL的教学模式在心内科临床教学中具有很高的应用价值。Objective To analyze the application value of WPBL teaching mode in clinical teaching of cardiology.Methods A randomized 50 clinical students were enrolled in the Department of Cardiology of our hospital in September 2018.They were divided into study group and comparison group by random number table method.The study group adopted the WPBL teaching mode.The rules and regulations accompany the students to adopt the regular teaching mode,and compare the learning results of the two groups.Results The study group's accompaniment in learning interest,professional knowledge improvement,problem solving ability and medical research were higher than those of the control group,and the data of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Through analysis,WPBL teaching mode can better help the internal medicine discipline students to master clinical knowledge,so as to better participate in the specific diagnosis and treatment of cardiology patients.It can be seen that WPBL teaching mode has a high application value in clinical teaching of cardiology.
