摘 要:目的探讨分析品管圈下多元化教学模式在临床护理实习带教中的应用。方法选取2018届护理实习生为对照组,选取2019届护理实习生为研究组,给予不同临床护理实习带教方法,比较分析两组护理实习生理论与操作考核成绩、实习满意度以及对带教教师的评价。结果在给予两组实习生不同带教方法之后,研究组实习生理论成绩为(86.15±2.28)分,操作考核成绩为(89.76±2.58)分,对照组实习生理论成绩为(80.04±3.35)分,操作考核成绩为(85.78±3.31)分,两组比较差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组实习生实习满意度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组实习生在对于带教教师的评分差异也存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于品管圈下多元化教学模式在临床护理实习带教中具有显著价值,能够提升实习生的理论与操作水平,提升实习参与度与积极性。Objective To explore and analyze the application of diversified teaching mode in clinical nursing practice teaching under quality control circle.Methods The 2018 nursing interns were selected as the control group,and the 2019 nursing interns were selected as the research group.Different clinical nursing practice teaching methods were given.The theoretical and operational assessment results,satisfaction with practice and evaluation of teaching teachers in the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results After giving different teaching methods to the two groups of interns,the theoretical scores of interns in the research group were(86.15±2.28)points,the operational assessment scores were(89.76±2.58)points,the theoretical scores of interns in the control group were(80.04±3.35)points and the operational assessment scores were(85.78±3.31)points.There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).The satisfaction of interns in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were also differences in the scores of teaching teachers between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Diversified teaching mode based on quality control circle has significant value in clinical nursing practice teaching.It can improve the theory and operation level of interns,enhance the participation and enthusiasm of internship.
