摘  要:目的讨论研究层级带教应用于消化科护理实习生带教中的应用效果与意义。方法选择我于我院消化科进行护理实习的实习生共50例随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组应用传统方式进行带教,观察组实行层级培训方式。比较两组实习生接受不同方式带教后考核成绩及对带教满意程度评分。结果观察组基础护理的考核成绩为(19.1±0.3)分,专业技能为(18.7±0.5)分,理论知识为(15.6±0.5)分,法律常识为(17.7±0.5)分,职业道德为(18.4±0.5)分,总分为(95.3±0.4)分,与对照组的(15.4±0.6)分、(14.5±0.2)分、(13.0±0.1)分、(15.1±0.1)分、(15.3±0.3)分和(92.1±0.2)分之间差异存在统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组在学习兴趣、课堂气氛、思维能力、理论与实践方面的满意度与对照组间差异存在统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论将层级带教法应用于消化科护理实习生的带教众可显著提高教学质量并促进实习生更好地掌握理论知识与实践技能,还可显著提升实习生对于带教工作的满意程度。Objective To discuss the clinical effect and significance of hierarchical teaching in digestion medicine.Methods A total of 50 nursing students practiced in digestive department were selected and randomly assigned to observation group and control group.The conventional teaching was performed in the control group;the hierarchical teaching was performed in the observation group.The examination scores and teaching satisfaction scores were compared.Results The examination scores of basic care,professional skills,theoretical knowledge,common legal knowledge,professional ethics and overall scores in the observation group were(19.1±0.3)points,(18.7±0.5)points,(15.6±0.5)points,(17.7±0.5)points,(18.4±0.5)points and(95.3±0.4)points;related scores in the control group were(15.4±0.6)points,(14.5±0.2)points,(13.0±0.1)points,(15.1±0.1)points,(15.3±0.3)points and(92.1±0.2)points;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction scores of learning interest,classroom climate,thinking ability,and theory and practice between groups showed statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The hierarchical teaching can remarkably improve the teaching quality and satisfaction,and help nursing students to better understand the theory knowledge and master the practical skills.
