二氧化锆全瓷冠口腔修复效果评估

摘　　要：目的探讨二氧化锆全瓷冠技术应用在口腔修复治疗中的临床效果。方法将本院于2016年7月-2018年7月期间收治的行口腔修复治疗患者64例(99颗)作为研究资料,依据修复方案分组各32例,对照组49颗采用镍络合金烤瓷冠修复治疗,观察组50颗采用二氧化锆全瓷冠修复治疗,评价两组疗效、口腔功能恢复情况。结果观察组牙本质敏感治疗有效率为96.88%,与对照组75.00%比较明显更高,差异显著,(P <0.05);观察组龈沟出血指数0级56.25%、Ⅰ级37.50%,Ⅱ级3.13%、Ⅲ级3.13%、Ⅳ级0.00%与对照组18.75%、31.25%28.13%、18.75%、3.13%,比较差异显著,观察组改善效果更好(P<0.05);治疗前两组咬合力、咀嚼效率均较差,且比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗后,观察组咬合力、咀嚼效率明显改善,且改善效果显著优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论在口腔修复治疗中采用二氧化锆全瓷冠技术利于进一步保证修复体完善,避免出现磨损,促使牙体质敏感病症及并发症消失,且可增强咀嚼功能及咬合力,获得良好的治疗效果。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of zirconia allceramic crown technique in oral repair.Methods From July 2016 to July 2018,64 patients(99 cases)were treated with dental restoration.32 patients were divided into two groups according to the repair plan.49 teeth in the control group were treated with nickel alloy porcelain crown,and 50 teeth in the observation group were treated with zirconia all-ceramic crown.the curative effect and the recovery of oral function in the two groups were evaluated.Results The effective rate of dentin sensitivity in the observation group was 96.88%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(75.00%)(P<0.05).The bleeding index of gums in the observation group was 56.25%in grade 0,37.50%in gradeⅠ,3.13%in gradeⅡ,3.13%in gradeⅢ,0.00%in gradeⅣcompared with the control group 18.75%,31.25%,18.75%,3.13%,the difference was significant(P<0.05),the occlusal force and masticatory efficiency of the two groups were poor before treatment,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the occlusal force and masticatory efficiency of the observation group were significantly improved,and the effect of improvement was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of zirconia all-ceramic crown technique in oral repair is helpful to further ensure the perfection of the restoration,avoid wear,promote the disappearance of physical sensitive symptoms and complications of teeth,and enhance masticatory function and occlusal force,and obtain good therapeutic effect.
