摘　　要：城市化背景下的民族地区失地农民,面临着全新的挑战,既有身份的转换,也有价值观和文化层面的冲击。失地农民既要快速融入城市生活,也需要担当民族文化的传承与创新的责任,发挥在经济社会等方面的重要作用。因此,他们必须增强文化辨别能力,形成民族文化的主体意识,树立正确的文化价值观,实现文化自觉,方能承担起时代重任。With the acceleration of the urbanization in ethnic minority areas,land-lost farmers,as a special community wandering between urban areas and rural areas,have been faced with the impacts of varying values and cultures.On the one hand,land-lost farmers are supposed to adapt themselves to urban lives.On the other hand,they should take responsibility for the inheritance and innovation of their ethnic cultures,thus playing an important part in the society and economy.On the whole,land-lost farmers should enhance their own cultural sense of judgment,establish the subject consciousness of ethnic cultures,possess the correct cultural values and achieve the cultural self-consciousness.
