摘 要:为降低电动修剪机剪切功耗,提高作业质量和效率,搭建了电动修剪机剪切功耗试验台。研究了树枝直径、树枝含水率、剪切角度和刀片剪切间隙对电动修剪机剪切功耗的影响规律。试验结果表明,试验台测得的数据稳定可靠,电动修剪机剪切功耗随树枝直径的增大呈极显著幂函数正相关关系;树枝含水率在29.11%~84.26%范围内,电动修剪机剪切功耗先减少后增大,树枝含水率约为46%时剪切功耗最小;电动修剪机剪切功耗随剪切角度的增大呈极显著线性函数负相关关系;刀片剪切间隙在0.02~0.1mm范围内,电动修剪机剪切功耗先减少后增大。研究结果为研制新型低功耗电动修剪机剪切机构提供参考。In order to reduce the power consumption and improve the working efficiency of electric pruning shear,a test bench for measuring power consumption of electric pruner was developed.The influence of branch diameter,moisture content of branch,shear angle and shear gap on power consumption of the electric pruner was investigated.The results show that the data of the test bench are stable and reliable.There is a significantly positive power function correlation between the average value of shear energy requirement and branch diameter.Within the range of branch moisture content from 29.11%to 84.26%,the shear power consumption of the electric pruner first decreases and then increases.When moisture content of branch is about 46%,the shear power consumption is the minimum.The shear power consumption of the electric trimmer is negatively correlated with the increase of shear angle.Within the range of shearing gap of blade from 0.02 mm to 0.1 mm,the shear power consumption of the electric pruner decreases first and then increases.These results provide reference for developing a new type of low power consumption shearing mechanism of electric pruner.
