摘  要:大型短期专题教师研修班是在职高校外语教师进修的常见途径之一,但其培训效果还缺乏实证研究。本研究从研修班组织者的视角出发,通过对某期专题研修班207位高校外语教师的395份反思日志进行质性分析,考查研修班设计理念的实践应用和培训效果。研究发现,虽然研修班的学习内容与学习方式都取得了显著效果,但在促进教师学习内容应用与推动学习共同体持续发展等方面存在较大挑战。本研究针对研修班设计提出了优化建议,以期为新形势下高校外语教师教育项目改革与创新提供启示。Participating in intensive themed teacher training programs is one of the common ways for the continual professional development of FL teachers in tertiary education.But few studies have been carried out on the programs’effects.Through the qualitative analysis of 395 reflective journals by 207 college English teacher participants of an intensive themed training program,the study examines the application and effectiveness of the program’s designing principles from the organizers’perspective.The results show that the learning content and learning methods of the program are both effective,but challenges exist in the future application of the learning content and the sustained development of the learning community.It is hoped that the suggestions for improvement could shed light on the development and innovation of FL teacher training programs in tertiary education.
