摘 要:本文针对热轧生产线由于厚度仪与轧机机架存在的物理距离导致的检测滞后问题给带钢成品厚度的影响进行研究,采用Smith预估器来消除滞后对厚度控制的影响。首先,介绍Smith补偿的原理。其次,给出监控厚度控制(Monitor Automatic Gauge Control MAGC)原理。再次,将Smith补偿与监控AGC相结合,避免了由于检测滞后给厚度造成的不良影响。最后,通过仿真可以看出采用Smith预估器补偿的方法能够有效提升带钢的厚度控制精度。In this paper,due to the physical distance between the gauge and the mill stand,the influence of the detection delay on the thickness of the finished strip is studied,and the Smith predictor is used to eliminate the influence of the delay on the thickness control.Firstly,the principle of Smith compensation is introduced.Secondly,the control principle of monitoring AGC is given.Thirdly,the Smith compensation is combined with the monitoring AGC to avoid the bad influence on the thickness caused by the detection delay.Finally through the simulation,we can see that the Smith predictor compensation method can effectively improve the thickness control accuracy of the strip.
