摘  要:本文研究了以乙醇作为提取剂、提取温度60℃、提取时间60 min的条件下,不同提取方法对提取生姜中活性成分提取率的影响。实验结果表明,超声波提取法的提取率最高。同时,本研究还测定了生姜提取物对副溶血弧菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)与最低杀菌浓度(MBC),以量化生姜提取物对副溶血弧菌的抑制作用。同时研究了pH值、浓度、紫外线照射处理、温度等条件对生姜提取物抑菌效果的影响。实验表明,生姜提取物对副溶血弧菌有明显的抑制作用,其MIC、MBC值均为40 mg/mL,结果显示:pH值、浓度、紫外线照射处理、温度对生姜提取物抑菌效果有显著的影响。To study the effects of different extraction methods on the extraction rate of effective components from Zingiber officinale Roscoe under the conditions of ethanol as extraction agent,extraction temperature is 60℃and extraction time is 60min.The results showed that The results the optimum method was ultrasonic extraction.At the same time,minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)and minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC)of extraction of Zingiber officinale Roscoe to vibrio parahaemolyticus were also determined in this study to quantify the inhibitory effect of extraction of Zingiber officinale Roscoe to vibrio parahaemolyticus.Effects of pH,concentration,uv irradiation and temperature on bacteriostasis of extraction were studied.The results showed that extraction had a significant inhibitory effect on vibrio parahaemolyticus,and the MIC and MBC values were both 40 mg/mL.The results also showed that pH,concentration,uv irradiation and temperature had significant effects on the antibacterial effect of extraction.
