摘  要:制药企业面临政策变化、市场竞争、新品研发进度、关键岗位人员流动等多变复杂的内外环境,为实现企业升级转型,寻找发展契机,注重人力资源管理工作,构建任职资格体系以及配套新的薪酬体系,保证公司内部的公平性和外部的竞争力,为员工的职业发展规划路径并提供辅助,在人员的吸引和保留方面提升内在潜力,实现公司的战略规划。Pharmaceutical companies are faced with changing internal and external environments,such as policy changing,market competition,new product research and development progress,employee turnover in key positions and so on.In order to realize the upgrading and transformation of enterprise and look for development opportunities,Shanghai Xudong Haipu Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,has focused on human resources management,and built a qualification system and a matched salary system to ensure the internal pay equity and external pay competitiveness.It also has provided assistance for the career development planning of employees,thus enhancing internal potential in terms of attracting and retaining personnel,which is conducive to realize the strategy planning of the enterprise.
