摘　　要：基于新工科背景下包装工程专业学生生产实习面临的挑战,本文分析了目前包装工程专业生产实习主要存在的问题,对生产实习过程中企业的选择、指导教师的建设和实习管理等方面进行了改革探索。以期优化实习单位、建设指导教师队伍以及提高学生的学习积极性、创新能力和解决问题的能力,增强企业对学生质量和素质的认可度。Based on the background of new engineering,the students majoring in packaging engineering face new challenges.The main problems existing in the current production practice of packaging engineering was analyzed in this paper.and the innovations in selection of enterprises,the construction of instructors and the management of practice in the process of production practice were put forward,so as to optimize the practice unit,build a contingent of instructors and improve students'learning enthusiasm,innovation ability and problem-solving ability and enhance the recognition of students by enterprises.
