摘　　要：本文利用作者所在创新平台,结合多种方式,对化工行业人才需求现状进行了调研分析,总结国内部分区域化工行业人才需求呈现的特点,以及化工类人才培养暴露出的不足。然后从培养目标、培养模式以及培养方法等方面讨论了调研分析结果对当前应用型本科高校人才培养的启示。本文将为应用型本科人才的培养提供一定的参考,促进高校培养出符合行业需求专业人才,实现企业、学生与高校的共赢。Utilization of the innovation platform where the authors work,combining multiple ways,the current situation of talent demand in chemical industry is investigated and analyzed.The characteristics of talent demand of chemical industry in some regions of China and the shortcomings exposed in the training of chemical talents are summarized.Then the paper discusses the enlightenments of the research and analysis results on the talents training of current application-oriented undergraduate universities,from the aspects of training objectives,training mode and training methods.This paper will provide some reference for the cultivation of applied undergraduate talents,promote colleges and universities to cultivate professional talents in line with the needs of the industry,and achieve a win-win situation among enterprises,students and colleges and universities.
