摘　　要：根据目前模具产业发展现状对人才的需求状况,分析了模具专业人才培养质量存在的核心问题。以人才培养模式的构建理论出发,以职业能力为导向,依托冲压模、塑料模的生产过程,提出并构建了“两并行、全流程”的人才培养模式。设计了基于模具生产过程的全流程课程体系,建立了人才培养的知识框架。在核心能力的培养中,以课程衔接的相关理论,打造了冲压模、塑料模两条“全流程课程链”。在培养人才的实施层面,从教学模式、保障条件和考核评价等方面进行了改革和实践。通过实践证明,人才培养质量得到明显提高。According to the current development of die&mould industry and the demand for talents,this paper analyzed the core problems existing in the training quality of this specialty.Based on the construction theory of talent training mode,guided by professional ability and relying on the production process of stamping die and plastic mould,a talent training mode of“two parallel and whole process”was proposed and constructed.The whole process curriculum system based on die&mould production process was designed,and the knowledge framework of the talent cultivation was established.In the cultivation of the core competence,two“whole process course chains”of stamping die and plastic mould were built based on the relevant theories of the course connection.At the implementation level of the talent cultivation,the reform and practice were carried out from the aspects of teaching mode,guarantee conditions,assessment and evaluation,etc.It has been proved by practice that the quality of the talent cultivation has been significantly improved.
