摘　　要：新时代背景下高等教育快速发展。为适应新时代教学发展要求,文章在分析当前师德建设现状的基础上,从道德体系的发展、现有问题剖析及体系构建思路等方面探讨新时代师德体系建设的意义、路径和方法。Higher education under the background of the new era is in rapid development.In order to meet the teaching requirements in the new era,this paper will be based on the analysis of the current status of the teacher's ethics construction,and explore the meaning,path and method of the construction of ethics system from the development of moral system and existing problems and thinking of system construction in the new era.
