摘  要:为改进当前高职《儿科护理学》教学存在的学生护理综合能力不强、课程教学效果有待提升、师资队伍建设有待加强等问题,将"教学做"一体化模式用于高职《儿科护理学》教学,综合采用情景表演、角色扮演、生生互动等策略,并落实保障措施。实际应用表明,"教学做"一体化模式可满足高职《儿科护理学》的教学需要,能够提高学生的护理综合能力,提升高职护理课程教学效果,有利于加强教师队伍建设。In order to improve the comprehensive ability of student nursing in the teaching of"Pediatric Nursing"in higher vocational education,the teaching effect of the course needs to be improved,and the construction of the teaching staff needs to be strengthened.The"Teaching,Learning and Practicing"integrated model is applied in the teaching of"Pediatric Nursing",comprehensively using situational performance,role-playing,student-student interaction and other strategies,as well as safeguard measures.The practical application shows that the model meets the teaching needs of"Pediatric Nursing"in higher vocational education,can improve the comprehensive nursing ability of students and enhance the teaching effect of higher vocational nursing courses,and is conducive to strengthening the construction of teaching teams.
